Too many times I hear bad things from people about their car buying experience. I just thought it was time someone said something nice about how they were treated. I just closed a lease deal on a new 2017 Nissan Sentra. The car is great and I'm very pleased, but more importantly, I want to give a shout-out and big "thank you" to Yaw Atwereboanah and Jerry Dao for the exceptional treatment and service I received. When I went in to Quirk Nissan to renew my lease, the big issue for me was lowering my monthly payments. Yaw greeted me at the door, and after listening to me (yes, listening to me), immediately began to show me options on cars that would satisfy my overriding concern. We found the car and began negotiating the deal. I was introduced to Jerry, and both gentlemen began to work with me on lease financing. I will be honest and say that there was some back and forth, but the whole process was respectful and pleasant enough. Both Yaw and Jerry made me feel like my business was important to them and that 13 YEARS as a Quirk Nissan customer mattered. They really did work hard to put a deal together that would satisfy me and lower my monthly payments. I'm very pleased with the deal and the service they provided me. And, I would recommend anyone in the market for a Nissan to give Quirk Nissan a chance. They've done right by me for 13 years.
Quirk Nissan Service has been exceptional and continues to impress me even after coming here with my vehicle for 5 years. They are honest and fair when it comes to repairs. They try to find the most cost effective way to help their customers. There has been some attrition in their work force through out the years but the quality personnel still are there. Management is very helpful and understanding when it comes to warranty claims and customer support. Like every DEALER you go to, you have to understand it's a dealer and likely will be more expensive than a Monro or mom and pop shop because the cost they have to pay to bear the brand. But I'll always pay more for service I know where the state of the art tools and latest training has been completed. Too many past experiences where he right tool isn't used and causes other damage requiring you to go tot he dealer to get a nut or gasket etc. The warranty they provide on their work and labor is superb as well. I know one day I won't have this Nissan for long but I am a loyal customer to them. I even bring in my Infiniti there for service!
